The Bellevue West Band is a consistent super regional finalist.
In 2017, Bellevue West is expected to compete at the Golden Regiment Invitational and Midland Regional.

At St. Louis, the group earned seventh place in prelims, improving to fourth place in finals. That landed them among such groups as Owasso and Union and launched a conversation about a possible appearance in Grand National semifinals.
At Grand Nats, the group had an excellent prelims performance, earning a spot in the top 22. In semifinals, they finished in 28th place.
